What would I need to bring to the Retreat?
Please make sure you bring the following;
DO I NEED TO HAVE PRIOR KNOWLEDGE of Yoga or Retreats?
There is no need to come with prior knowledge or experience. Our retreats are suitable for complete beginners.
We have very experienced and caring teachers who will explain everything very clearly, and give you practices which are suitable for you no matter what your level of fitness is.
is there wifi?
There is WiFi access but we recommend that you take a complete digital detox.
Where will I STAY?
The options are a large spacious bell tent for 4-5 pp, sharing tent, with 4-5 individual beds.
The perfect place for a few friends to spend some quality time.
Tapping into the energy of nature is a powerful antidote to the stress of modern life. By immersing ourselves in the natural world, we can unlock our body's inherent capacity for healing and promote genuine wellbeing.
There are showers and toilets available close to the tents.

a room of your own in our cottage with ensuite bathroom (extra €90pp) limited

a shared bedroom in the cottage with ensuite bathroom ( extra €30pp)

A great way to meet like-minded people and make new social connection, we have a range of en-suite bedrooms and also sharing bell tents to choose.
How do I pay?
Follow the booking link to pay the initial non- refundable deposit of €150 / £ 100 .
Balance €200/ £200 on arrival either by cash or card.
T&Cs Booking deposit is non fundable but balance is transferable to another attendee.
